Hey, I'm Daramola Haliyat, but you can call me Liya.
Marketing & CRM Automation Specialist
A customer journey strategist who turns scattered leads, manual follow-ups, and disconnected systems into seamless automated experiences.
How I got here.
I didn't graduate knowing that marketing and CRM automation was where I was headed.
After university, I spent time figuring out what kind of work actually made sense for me and what I could see myself building a career around. I knew I wanted work that allowed me to think, solve problems, and create something useful, but I hadn't yet found the right direction.
As I explored marketing, I became increasingly interested in what happens behind the scenes after someone discovers a business. A lead fills out a form. Someone needs to respond. Information has to be captured. Follow-up needs to happen. Appointments need to be booked. Someone has to know what happens next.
I started learning CRM systems and automation and realized that this was the kind of problem-solving I genuinely enjoyed.
What pulled me in was not simply the technology. It was the combination of systems, customer behavior and business processes.
My background in Psychology gives me another lens through which I think about this work. People don't experience a CRM, a workflow or an automation. They experience whether a business responded when it should, whether communication felt clear, whether they were forgotten after showing interest, and whether the process made sense.
That is the kind of automation I want to build: systems that work well behind the scenes while creating a better experience for the person on the other side.

Why Work With Me
Reliable systems that keep your customer journey moving.
Customer Journey Thinking
I don't start with the tool. I start by understanding what the customer experiences from first contact to conversion.
Business Logic First
I build workflows around how the business actually operates, rather than forcing a process into a tool simply because the tool can do it.
Attention to Detail
I pay attention to branching logic, duplicate prevention, lead status, follow-up conditions, edge cases and what happens when a workflow does not go according to plan.
Practical Automation
The goal is not to automate everything. It is to remove unnecessary manual work while keeping the process useful and human.
Psychology + Systems Thinking
My Psychology background gives me an additional perspective on customer behavior, communication and the experience behind the workflow.
